That was absolutely beautiful. The hints of thoughts about Roger without actually coming out and saying exactly what happened to him.
Okay, I'm posting this comment again because it's driving me insane. Is Roger supposed to be dead is this fic or has he just quit or been injured? Or did you not have any of that in mind and we're just supposed to fill in the blank? Did I miss where you said what happened to him? *rereads fic*
